Home Flavor respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we respond to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a DMCA notice, you must include: 1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; 2) identification of the infringing material and its URL on our site; 3) your name, address, telephone number, and email address; 4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and 5) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include: identification of the material and its URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and your signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we will also disable access to the site for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
